Great experience from a top notch dealership I am a long time Mercedes fan...I've been driving them for over 20 years now. I like them because of the quality and safety of the cars. Having two benz's in the garage, I was looking for a 3rd car. Recently a friend suggested that I should look at Audi cars. So, my wife and I decided to visit Audi South Atlanta. We met up with Maurice Davis. Maurice is a well dressed, well mannered gentlemen with a big smile and lot of Audi knowledge. He showed us a CPO 2015 Audi A6 that was a little over our budget. We looked at a couple of more A6 models and learned a lot about Audi in general. The whole experience was very social and exciting...not the typical high-pressure sales approach. We went home that day to step back and evaluate...after all, we also looked at the Mercedes E350s as well. A few days later, I gave Maurice a call with my decision to by the 2015 A6...the first one he showed us. I would recommend Audi South Atlanta to all my friends...and make sure you see Maurice! More

Wow. Buyer beware. All I can say is Wow. Dealing with Butler Family Auto/Audi of South Atlanta has been a terrible experience. Did you know that some dealerships buy lat All I can say is Wow. Dealing with Butler Family Auto/Audi of South Atlanta has been a terrible experience. Did you know that some dealerships buy late model, low mileage, one owner, no accident (clean Carfax) cars from auto auctions to lure you in with what appear to be good prices? Did you also know that car rental companies, sometimes called the "executive demo/one owner," can self insure and self repair these cars and ultimately not report anything to Carfax such as: Bullet holes and/or rear end collisions? (Choose from several different lovely options from my experience) Well, I didn't know this. Three months after purchase, I've had three loaner cars, waited weeks at a time to hear anything about what was wrong with my car. I've Spoken to my lawyer about how after signing the sales contract I was told the car needed a few repairs. Which he said was fraudulent, incompetent, or both. We spoke of the incompetent "self insured/self repaired" first owner repairs not reported to Carfax, that needed to be repaired again, and after several attempts still haven't been repaired at this time...I asked that this car be bought back from me but was assured that the repairs would be made and the car would be in good shape. HA! I still haven't heard from collision shop or Audi of South Atlanta. I should have asked them to tear up the sales contract when It was revealed it needed repairs in the first place. If I had been told prior to buying this car that it needed repairs I most certainly would have kept shopping. At a different dealership. I would suggest to anyone reading this review that you also skip this dealership and save your money, time and energy. Not to mention the stress of feeling like a total consumer sucker. I lost my husband in a tragic traffic accident several years ago and I don't think this would have happened to him. He probably would have taken the car to be inspected by a third party... while I trusted Audi of South Atlanta to do the right thing. Buyer beware. More

Needless to say I purchased a 2017 Q5 a week later...I love it by the way. Sandra Parks is exceptional at her craft. She's meticulous at guiding you through the features of the vehicle. She also made it very clear that if I had any questions once leaving the dealership to contact her. Ms. Parks is not your average salesperson. She goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is taken care of...felt like family. If asked for a recommendation for an Audi dealership/salesperson, my answer would be Audi South Atlanta and Sandra Parks. Exceptional Customer Service goes a long way!!! More
