Just a horrible dealership. Usually take my car to Audi Atlanta but after a flat tire, I took it to this dealership since I work nearby. Horrible experience. Rude. Was told by Manny, my so called service advisor, that he was too busy to help at times since he hadn't had lunch yet. Overheard another customer get told that the wait to get his car fixed was over 2 weeks even though he had an appointment. If you are short staffed, be honest and tell customers. No manager would call back after several attempts. This is the 4th Audi dealership I have been to and by far the worst. Honda and Toyota dealers are more organized and polite. Avoid at all costs. Trust the other reviews. Poor quality service. No concept of respecting the customer. Why pay $50k for a car to get treated like that? Imagine how bad it has to be for someone to take the time to leave a review after a simple tire change? More
Purchased my Audi A6 at Jim Ellis Audi in Marietta. Was taking my car to Jim Ellis for service. Because I live in Columbus, started taking my car to Audi South Atlanta. I haven't had a good customer service experience yet. Each visit only gets worse. Recently had an insurance claim and allowed them to service it. I thought I'd never get my car back. The service advisor was impossible to reach, even my insurance claim rep couldn't reach him. I had to email customer service to get things rolling. An alignment was supposed to be performed during the maintenance and repair and it didn't happen. I carried the car back to either make an appointment or to have the alignment performed. Tony Lovins, the service advisor assured me that he would call me for an appointment. After two weeks of not hearing anything, I called him. No answer. Had to call customer service to get him to call. When I calmly asked him why he never called, he said that I was yelling at him and even went as far to say that the call was being recorded. I hope that it was because I never raised my voice during the entire conversation, he even said that he would hang up on me. He blamed being short staffed on why he never called. A date was set after 15 minutes of non sense blog with him. He's full of excuses always and it never leads to customer satisfaction and it's always the customers fault. If the alignment hadn't already been paid by the insurance I would go somewhere else. I definitely plan to go back to Jim Ellis Audi where the customer service is top notch even if I have to drive an extra hour to get there. It will be well worth the drive. More
We took our vehicle in to be serviced. while they were attempting to complete the work, the technician failed to lock the motor which a lot of damage to the motor. When he realized that he had bent the rods in out engine, among other things, he notified his supervisor who in turned called us and accused us of allowing work to be done on the engine prior to brining the car to them. If that was the case, we wouldn't have been able to drive the vehicle 3 cities over from our home and drive it for 2 weeks after making the appointment, to them to get the repairs done. We ended up having to purchase a new motor but did not allow them to continue to work on our car. We had to pay to have the vehicle towed to another dealership where the work was completed to our satisfaction. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! More
Worst experience ever. Purchased a Q7 last year and due to chip shortage only received one key. Made appt to "pick up" the 2nd key - and after driving from out of town arrive and told my appt was just to ORDER the key. Service guy rude, uncaring. Then I call back 3 weeks later to check status of key and I am told they in fact did NOT order it. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. They said I had to make ANOTHER appt to ORDER a key. Blame this all on Audi corporate, blah blah. Worst experience ever. More
