The closing process went smoothly and couldn't have gone any better. We traveled from out to state and Vernell went ahead and worked up all the paperwork and necessary documents prior to our arrival. There were no errors. After closing, he took the time to set up everything in our new car and made sure it was all working correctly before driving off. We couldn't be more satisfied.
