From the moment we spoke, I knew he was very knowledgeable about all the Audi vehicles, and that he would help me find the right vehicle for me. Throughout the whole entire process, Brandon was very friendly and always stayed positive while providing excellent service. The closing process went smoothly and couldn't have gone any better. We traveled from out to state and Vernell went ahead and worked up all the paperwork and necessary documents prior to our arrival. There were no errors. After closing, he took the time to set up everything in our new car and made sure it was all working correctly before driving off. We couldn't be more satisfied. The best part however was the enjoyable atmosphere Vernell created with his outstanding attitude and knowledge.
