Crystal sent a text making scheduling a service appointment easy and convenient. A schedule conflict on my part caused me to have to reschedule the service appt. I had a quick phone call with Darius and he took care of that. Total time at the dealer for the repair work to be completed was 15 minutes! He went out of his way to answer some questions,and call me back after he actually went and looked at the car. We discussed the change in price and I made an offer of the previous price. Later ge called me and said they would accept. Nexr day I drove the 1 1/2 hour drive to the dealership. New building is very impressive too. The car was parked in their climate controlled inspection area. I came prepaired with a mat to get on the floor, inspected the csr from all angles, inside and out, it was exactly as I expected. After an extensive test drive I was ready to finalize my offer. Offer was accepted and the rest of the purchase procedure was simple. The next day TJ delivered the car to my house 85 miles away. Steven Lee: Throughly explained the deal and approved my 2nd. offer. I felt he was genuine in his word and appreciated me buying this car. Richard Muhammad: I explained my reason for financing only 1/3 to 1/2 of the purchase, and with my excellent credit rating he was able to procure the load at a favorable rate. Keep in mind I called prior to arriving because I was purchasing a CPO on a strict budget. Despite my circumstance I was treated as though I was purchasing the most expensive car on the lot! I wish I bought from Audi Gwinnett Bought a CPO Q7 on April 14th, 2018. 1) Airport parking service is false advertising. 3 failed attempts with unimaginable excuses from my salesperso Bought a CPO Q7 on April 14th, 2018. 1) Airport parking service is false advertising. 3 failed attempts with unimaginable excuses from my salesperson even letting me pass the airport just for their agent to call and say I can't make it happen and I don't want you to miss your flight! WTH! 2) They are trying to get me to use my insurance to pay for damages to a loaner car that was committed by their driver. 3) They kept my car without completing the wrap and tint in a timely manner. Thankfully they refunded what I paid for the tint and I was able to go elsewhere for hassle free completion. 4) Waiting 2 months and 2 weeks for mats and the spare key after being lied to that the mats have been mailed to me only for them to change it to I have them here at the dealership along the spare key and since I need the car to program the key, I can save shipping cost if you come in to get them both at the same time. This dealership is 3+ hours roundtrip. No I have been waiting for months....just mail the mats. Maybe next trip to Atlanta Hartsfield I will go early for the key. 5) UPS label made for mats but cannot be delivered. I call to check and get "No Ma'am, we will not be giving you anything until you come and pay restitution on the damaged vehicle." Say what?? The vehicle that was perfect when I parked it at the airport and damaged 8 hours after your driver picked it up from the lot while I was out of town because you sold the loaner car that I was driving? 6) 2 emails to the dealership DM were not responded to and he was not available to speak with by telephone THESE 6 POINTS ARE ONLY PIECES OF MY ORDEAL --- DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ELSEWHERE.
