Had an issue and Evan corrected it fast I had an issue on my first service visit, After unsuccessfully trying to get it rectified I posted a bad review and within 3 or 4 hours I received a c I had an issue on my first service visit, After unsuccessfully trying to get it rectified I posted a bad review and within 3 or 4 hours I received a call from Evan the Service Manager. He apologized for the service I received and promised to correct it. He ordered the parts needed, got me in immediately after the parts came in and my car was fixed at no additional cost to me. This is a very nice dealership, very clean and all of the employees are friendly and professional. I will definitely return here for service and sales. Thanks Evan. More

Liars I booked online for a safety recall service appointment. Since I did not know how long it would take (they normally take a day for the 12 mos/10k serv I booked online for a safety recall service appointment. Since I did not know how long it would take (they normally take a day for the 12 mos/10k service), I booked online for a loaner car as well and booked my appointment for 3:40 so that i could leave the car and go home before the peak traffic. At the dealership, the service guy just asked me if i would like to wait or have the loaner car. I said i would like the loaner car and everything went well and he took me to another lady who usually worked with me in getting the loaner car arranged. After she took my DL and other stuff she said she is going to get the car for me. After a short wait, the service guy came back and said they do not have the car since it was not returned by the customer and if i would like to wait. I said i would like to beat the traffic so he said he will see what he can do. Then the woman arrived and told me that they do not have give loaner cars for safety recalls. I said when i booked the appointment the website allowed me. She then said they do follow up call and they would have let me known. I said i did not receive any but a confirmation email which again confirmed a loaner car. she then went about saying they left me a voicemail which was a lie for i checked my voicemails and there was none. meanwhile, the service guy moved my car and came back and told me that the wait time is 30 mins. and the woman said i would have to wait. I would have gladly waited had just told me that they couldn't have a loaner which they first did. But, they went around lying that they do not loan a car and made me wait. I just couldnt take it when she blatantly lied that they left me a voicemail. I have an Infiniti and just a week before this, I went to JBA for a minor service and asked for a loaner. The guy there told me it would just take an hour. I said i dont like to wait and they happily gave me a loaner!!! I am not doing business with the Audi guys anymore. More
Service Experience Service is worst, Took more than 3 hours for regular service,didn't provided loaner car because it is regular service. For 2 years, I was able to work with Aaron K I have a 2010 Audi A4 that I always bring to Audi Silver Spring for routine maintenance and for service. For 2 years, I was able to work with Aaron Klimchuk and he always provided me with professional attention and remarkable follow-through. Aaron was so excellent that he got promoted to Audi corporate services. Man I wish he was still at Audi Silver Spring (the best Audi dealership in the DC metro area)! More
