Um Did You Forget Me? Labor Day 2018 I bought the Audi A8L from another dealer based on inventory. Within 2 weeks of purchase, I decided to have my vehicle serviced at the Labor Day 2018 I bought the Audi A8L from another dealer based on inventory. Within 2 weeks of purchase, I decided to have my vehicle serviced at the Silver Spring location. Upon my 1st visit I ordered a repair for a door ding and touch up paint, which I paid for that day. Regarding the requested repair to the door ding, my rep said she'd have to coordinate it with the rep who travels to their location on certain days to do such repairs. She said she would reach out to him and call me back with a day and time. I had to call her multiple times over the next few weeks to get a date because she never called me to arrange it. So the door ding was eventually fixed. Here we are in April though, I've been there 3x now, and still no paint to touch up where they fixed my door ding. Let's talk about this 3rd time there, which was this week. I had a recall on my car and made an appointment to drop off my vehicle and I reserved a loaner car. I was running behind and called to let them know I would be about 45 minutes late and not to give away my car. I was put on a long hold and told they'd make an exception this time but they only hold loaners for 30 minutes. REALLY??? I wasn't a no show, I called you to let you know I was in route so you'd give away my RESERVED loaner...Why Exactly? Anyway, upon arrival I couldn't locate my drivers license. I left it in my other wallet in my other car. They would not allow me to have a loaner though I had a photo of my license that I keep on my phone in case I ever lost my ID I'd at least know my license#. Ok. so, I get they wouldn't give me a loaner with only a picture of my license; HOWEVER, they offered to bring a loaner to my home the next day and take my car with them back to the dealer. Well that was Monday and today is Thursday. Hence, the title to this review "Um Did You Forget Me?" They lost ALL future business from me. And if you're reading this, credit me back for the paint that I never received. Note: Dimitra is my assigned Service Manager and who I ordered the paint through. Peter is the Service Manager that was helping me when I went in this week and who offered to deliver a loaner car to me the next day. 2 Employees while both very personable while there gave me 2 Experiences that have left me very unimpressed with overall customer service, especially for a luxury brand. More

Dimitra made several recommendations for replacement and provided a dealer discount for the tires. Can’t say enough about the service and operations. Thanks Dimitra!! More

Never once have I had to bring the vehicle back because repairs were not done correctly the first time. The service staff are polite and knowledgeable, and have never tried to talk me into repairs that weren’t necessary. I highly recommend the service department at Audi Silver Spring! More

Great customer experience When your check engine light comes on, you assume it’s a minor fix. In my case, it turned out to be a major engine issue with coolant leaking into the When your check engine light comes on, you assume it’s a minor fix. In my case, it turned out to be a major engine issue with coolant leaking into the engine harness. This now entailed a major repair cost which I didn’t think based on a car with low mileage and not overused should have happened. With the help of the service department,they were able to work with Audi corporate to help alleviate this. The parts were covered by Audi and the repair was done at a fair price. Evan and Dimitra were great at supporting this issue through Audi. More
