I recently brought my Audi Q5 in for routine service offered n my extended warranty. I consistently receive prompt attention and ease in scheduling service. I appreciate the option of a loaner car although this visit did not require one. More

Excellent service. I recently had surgery and was unable to drive my Audi to the dealership for the 55k maintenance and replacement of my battery. Went for a diagnosis only but during diagnosis the knocking sound was repaired by the efficient tech at the dealership and Evan Singham had the car spick and shined when I picked up. Julie was not very thorough in her explanation of the services and the price attached. She was not attentive to my question and didn't expand what the service I had done was. You could tell she just didn services and the price attached. She was not attentive to my question and didn't expand what the service I had done was.
