Julie was not very thorough in her explanation of the services and the price attached. She was not attentive to my question and didn't expand what the service I had done was. You could tell she just didn services and the price attached. She was not attentive to my question and didn't expand what the service I had done was. Lastly, the windshield wiper fluid warning kept coming online even though we regularly topped it off. After researching service centers in the DC area, we chose to work with Dimitra Anastasopoulous at Audi Silver Spring because of their positive online reputation. We were able to schedule a drop-off within hours of initial inquiry, and upon our arrival, Dimitra was waiting for us. She was very professional, courteous, understanding, and most importantly, communicative and empathetic to our needs. We were provided a Q8 loaner, which was in immaculate condition. At every point between drop-off and pick-up, Dimitra communicated status updates and kept us informed. To our pleasant surprise, the replacement parts arrived at the service center sooner than expected, and our vehicle had been washed and vacuumed free of charge when we picked up. We could not be happier with our experience, and we look forward to working with Dimitra and Audi Silver Spring in the future. More
