Took my Audi in for service. The service technician unplugs my dashcam power supply. In my dashcam video, the Service Director Evan (off video) points to the dashcam, and the service technician promptl unplugs my dashcam power supply. In my dashcam video, the Service Director Evan (off video) points to the dashcam, and the service technician promptly said yeah, I know how to take care that. Then you see the video/dashcam shake because "B" has unplugged my car's dashcam power supply. They never plugged back in my dashcam's power supply. Not cool and not professional. I don't know why you have something to hide or what. They have never done that before. Dimitra usually handles my service, but she was out that day. More

I am so thankful I went to Audi Silver Spring. Dimitra Anastasopoulos is the best! Highly recommend her for all your service needs. I felt that she did her best to help me given the circumstances.
