I have nothing bout positive raves about majority of the staff; the only less than 5 star ratings were just people who were about their business but could've used a bit more humanity in their service approach. But definitely no complaints. Even when I wasn't able to get a new car, the workers were amicable and they remembered me the next time I showed up! More

Used car purchase to save money, they helped me out! I traded a Mustang GT Convertible for a significantly cheaper Mazda 3. After listening to Dave Ramsey podcasts, I realized I was in over my head with I traded a Mustang GT Convertible for a significantly cheaper Mazda 3. After listening to Dave Ramsey podcasts, I realized I was in over my head with a $28k auto loan. When I arrived at Audi of Silver Spring and explained to them my intentions to buy their used Mazda 3, they immediately sprang into action to help me out. They gave me a great trade price on the Mustang to minimize my negative equity, they arranged reasonable financing with a low interest rate, and they even let me have the Mazda for a lot less than they asked. They were kind, understanding of my intentions, and never did anything to take advantage of me. They actually helped me out. They helped me get out of a bad financial decision and into a practical and fun car that I can pay off quickly. How refreshing to encounter a dealership that helps their customers. I feel so grateful that I decided to head to their dealership. One day, when I have the cash to buy a car I will return and get a super nice Audi. Until then, save save save! More
