Best experience I have ever had buying a car I have never had such a positive experience buying a car before. There were multiple reasons why the experience was so good, but the most notable reas I have never had such a positive experience buying a car before. There were multiple reasons why the experience was so good, but the most notable reason was the lack of pressure throughout the process. We were very particular, but we were never made to feel like we were wasting anyone's time or like the sales team was getting impatient. Even when I ultimately purchased cars from other dealers in the past, I have often felt like they were getting frustrated with the time I took to commit to a car - like "hurry up and drop tens of thousands of dollars already." I never once got this feeling from Val and it was the most noticeable difference I have had compared to my previous car buying experiences. We got the car we wanted at what we feel was a great price. We also had a number of good conversations with Val, who came across as a genuinely nice guy and also knows his products. I would recommend this dealership to my family and friends, and I would reach out to Val first when buying my next Audi. More

Knowledgeable, concerned about my needs and wants, eager and attentive but with no pressure to proceed. Just excellent. Would highly recommend working with him for the sales process. FINANCING - Excellent service, if terrible terms for their AFS lease. Recommend alternate financing if you're able. That said, the Finance Manager, Nishant Paul, was great. He was helpful and clear throughout the sales negotiation, and when it became clear a mistake was made regarding my sales contract, he reimbursed me for the charge that I was told would be included in my purchase. In short, Nishant is above board and a very consumer-centric guy. Highly recommend. SERVICE - Also a good experience. My service advisor to date is Christian Fotos-Lawson, and he has been great to work with. The only minor issue is that service times have always taken longer than he originally estimates. Hasn't been a big issue overall, but estimated service times do establish an expectation within the customer, so best if the estimated times are, if anything, longer than actual service times rather than the other way around. Longer than projected service times lead unnecessarily to frustration, IMO. But Christian nevertheless is great to work with as a service advisor, and I look forward to working with him going forward. THE CAR (2019 Audi S5 Cabriolet) - Well...on paper - and when it runs issue-free - it's a dream. Literally the best car I've ever owned in many ways. HOWEVER, I had to turn it in for A WEEK only two weeks after taking delivery for a problem that could not be initially diagnosed and corrected. I had to cancel weekend plans, both because of the issue and due to how long it took to resolve. Insane for a brand new car. I also had a hard plastic piece that is part of the retractable roof dislodge and clank me on the head. The piece snapped back in fine, but it was not a pleasant experience as you might imagine. One of the rear seatbelts was also twisted upon assembly, something that I didn't discover until I tried to secure one of my sons in the back seat, so not only did that complicate things, the car once again had to go back to the dealership to untwist the seat belt. As if this wasn't enough, there was also a recall for a software bug, with an update required to resolve a potentially unsafe driving condition. Long and short, while the car is what I consider the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, performance, and practicality as a daily driver, it has been RIDDLED with problems over my first six months of ownership, some minor but some major. I'm about on the verge of looking into MD lemon laws, but the good news is that it's been trouble-free recently at least. But lord. Having come from a decade of driving only Lexus vehicles, where I literally never had a single warranty repair made across four different vehicles, my experience with Audi as a car has been thus far, let's say, less than ideal. I'm now cautiously hoping all of the kinks are worked out, but even if so, there is no chance I'll purchase the car at the end of the my lease, as I had originally planned. I just can't take the chance after it goes out of warranty. Too bad because it is AMAZING otherwise. More

With 2 kids in college Alex made me a deal that made the best sense for my budget and a month later I'm still thrilled. Thank you Alex for taking such good care of me and my family. I'm an Audi fan for life. Also, for customer service and service, they don't come any better than Peter Heard. Simply put, He's the best of the best and he knows his Audi's. More
