Exceptional Experience My daughter was purchasing her first car, so we visited numerous car dealerships before she decided that the Audi brand was her choice. After making that major decision, the next step was to determine the Audi Dealership to purchase the vehicle. Whether luck or excellent research, we ended up at the Silver Spring Md dealership to purchase the car. We initially spoke with Rich Bickers about what we were looking for, timeframe, and other details. From the initial conversation to the point of driving the car home, the experience was exceptional. Rich worked with Tom Schweiss to ensure all necessary actions were taken to ensure a smooth process once we arrived. This all happened during the peak of the COVID-19 Pandemic also which added additional stress to the purchase. However, Rich took care of all the actions needed, when we arrived it only took a small amount of time to finalize the purchase and drive the car home.
