I have to say I am an avid car buyer, usually used cars 2-3 years old. I have 3 kids, wife, and over the last 20 years have bought and sold personally over 20 cars. Many from CarMax, a few from some new ca 2-3 years old. I have 3 kids, wife, and over the last 20 years have bought and sold personally over 20 cars. Many from CarMax, a few from some new car dealers. Why the most from CarMax, because I did not realize that the service level and people of Silver Spring Audi existed! There GM, their Finance people, (Serghei) sales, (Eric)and above all else their service Manager Christian Fotos-Lawton cannot be topped! What makes them so great. What makes a dealership great is how they deal with problems. That's when you learn who they are! I had 2 issues after buying the car. No fault of theirs. However there were issues involving $1,000's of dollars. They could have punted, but they did just the opposite in fact they went above and beyond and exceed my expectations in resolving my issues. The culture of the firm comes no doubt from the top down when 3 different people in 3 departments all treat you well and have a goal to turn a frown upside down! I will leave with this! If they are even close to the price you want buy it. If they are too far drive it! You will save and or make up for any travel time in their customer service and insuring of customer satisfaction when YOU NEED IT or IF THERE IS A PROBLEM! They (CAR DEALERS) are all great at the time of sale! It's after they have your money how they treat you that matters! LOVE THEM and may never buy or take a car anywhere else! EVER! Ben S.
