Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had, from beginning to the end of the process James was there every step of the way. Amazing attention to detail, communication, and customer service. Most dealerships will just try and sell you whatever just to get a sale but James made sure I was getting the car I wanted with all the options and creature comforts I requested. The whole team at Audi Silver Spring is great to work with and it doesn’t feel like your usual car dealership, they care about their customers and that shows. I’m ecstatic to be driving in my new to me Audi and even got an awesome warranty with the car that fits my needs and gives me peace of mind.
