Our first salesman viktor was very helpful and explained the car in a nice way. The second salesman, Atanas, was also super helpful and did his best to be patient with us while we were having some issues on the car in a nice way. I have nothing but positives things to say about my entire experience at Audi Silver Spring. I am a longtime Mile One customer and they (James, Thomas and Prashant) made the entire purchase experience entire experience at Audi Silver Spring. I am a longtime Mile One customer and they (James, Thomas and Prashant) made the entire purchase experience seamless. I never felt pressured (like that typical car buying experience) into making a decision...their goal was sincerely trying to make sure we got the right car. Negotiating a deal typicality is a stressful experience...not so with this group, they worked with me and gave me a great deal. They never said "No" to me in any context. I feel they will go above and beyond to make you happy. I want to say that James was exceptional. He is engaging and sensitive to your needs. Audi is lucky to have him. More
