I am so thankful I went to Audi Silver Spring. Dimitra Anastasopoulos is the best! Highly recommend her for all your service needs. I felt that she did her best to help me given the circumstances. Since the car was in back order and delay due to Covid, Richard Bickers has been follow up in the Audi system and kept me up to date weekly on the status. The finance person also make everything easy during the financing as well. I was able to get everything done and drove out of there in an hour.
