Vehicle pricing was known up front, so that allowed the conversation to be focused on the vehicle included ammenities and additional options. Rich was helpful with printing documentation - both info on the car and documents from my financing source to facilitate a smooth process. This helped make the transition to Serge Calmic in the finace Department for signature an easy process with no questions left unanswered.
