I recently purchased my first car with Brian at Audi Silver Spring. Brian was nothing short of amazing!! Took my Audi in for service. The service technician unplugs my dashcam power supply. In my dashcam video, the Service Director Evan (off video) points to the dashcam, and the service technician promptl unplugs my dashcam power supply. In my dashcam video, the Service Director Evan (off video) points to the dashcam, and the service technician promptly said yeah, I know how to take care that. Then you see the video/dashcam shake because "B" has unplugged my car's dashcam power supply. They never plugged back in my dashcam's power supply. Not cool and not professional. I don't know why you have something to hide or what. They have never done that before. Dimitra usually handles my service, but she was out that day. More
