I recently purchased my first car with Brian at Audi Silver Spring. Brian was nothing short of amazing!! My daughter was getting restless as the paperwork portion takes some time, he was quick to bring Silver Spring. Brian was nothing short of amazing!! My daughter was getting restless as the paperwork portion takes some time, he was quick to bring her a coloring book, snacks and engaged with her to make her feel comfortable and apart of the process as well. Brian was so understanding about this being my first car purchase, Brian did not make me feel pressured to buy, but instead listed to all of my hesitations and reassured me in all of my doubts and questions. Brian truly went above and beyond helping me navigate my financial loan through Audi and just was overall extremely patient and kind. I am so happy with my Audi! More

Took my Audi in for service. The service technician unplugs my dashcam power supply. In my dashcam video, the Service Director Evan (off video) points to the dashcam, and the service technician promptl unplugs my dashcam power supply. In my dashcam video, the Service Director Evan (off video) points to the dashcam, and the service technician promptly said yeah, I know how to take care that. Then you see the video/dashcam shake because "B" has unplugged my car's dashcam power supply. They never plugged back in my dashcam's power supply. Not cool and not professional. I don't know why you have something to hide or what. They have never done that before. Dimitra usually handles my service, but she was out that day. More

Overall his dealership has been great. Manager treated me and Atanas with disrespect by removing the loaner vehicle key I gave Atanas from his desk without our knowledge while we were test driving the new ve and Atanas with disrespect by removing the loaner vehicle key I gave Atanas from his desk without our knowledge while we were test driving the new vehicle just to prove a point. I was concerned there was a "thief" in the dealership that might have also taken something out of my bag. Atanas was distracted from the selling and I was angry that someone took the key while we were test driving the new vehicle. This "power" play was absolutely uncalled for and disrespectful to both me and Atanas. More
