He also helped me configure the menu options so that my car is set up the way I need it to be. One example was setting the car to that only the driver's door opens when I enter the car. I came with a list of questions and he answered them all and then some. He spent over an hour plus with me and never made me feel rushed. I could go on and on about how great he was.
