The service technician's communication was clear and I understood the situation. I was able to approve the service and get updates via text. I made the mistake of taking my car somewhere cheaper to get work done, but it was not worth it. The quality of care I received at Audi Silver Spring is well worth every dollar spent. I recently bought a 2021 A6 from a local dealership; the sales team were unable to provide me more detailed information about the vehicle. I took the vehicle to the dealership and the staff in the service d sales team were unable to provide me more detailed information about the vehicle. I took the vehicle to the dealership and the staff in the service department greeted me and explained to me that I would have to wait for Mr. Edward White, who is their Subject Matter Expert on explaining all of the features and answer any other my questions. When I was introduced to Mr. White he explained he was helping someone right now, but I am next. When Mr. White returned to help me. He started to ask questions about me with the intent of making me feel that he was genuinely here to help me tp his fullest. In our conversation Mr. White welcome me to the Audi Family. He helped me access my key in order to establish my login on the MMI. in our conversations Mr. White asked me several questions to better understand me and my desires. In doing so he was able to provide assistance in setting up key features in the my vehicle to put me at ease. You can see and feel the enjoyment in Mr. White as he can see my excitement as he identified more and more features of the A6. As I drove off from the dealership I felt pleased and well informed. Even though I did not purchase the Audi from this dealership, the staff made me feel welcomed. Mr. White Customer Service was exceptional and made feel like I can receive that same comfort as I continue to return to the dealership for any questions or services.
