When I told her I was going to sell my RS7, in hopes of finding a used SQ8, she told me to let her know if there was anything she could do to help during my search. I took her up on her offer and sent her a couple of VINs to see if any of the cars I was interested in had any major service issues reported and she helped provide insight which led to me picking my current car!
