I just had the BEST car-buying experience in my life! I had been shopping for a used car, and having identified a specific vehicle, I decided to pay the Audi Silver Spring a visit. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt the difference between the mediocre place I had just left, to class. This was it. Pure class. I was greeted by a very pleasant gentleman, who greeted me warmly and asked if I needed help and if I had been working with anyone from the sales team. When I said "no", I was sent to Samson Selassie. This man shook my hand like a brother from another mother. From then on while I sat at Selassie's desk, I knew I went to the right place. Selassie made sure he understood what I needed. I had actually seen a 2014 Acura MDX on the dealer's website, and Selassie did not hesitate to walk me outside to check out the vehicle. We quickly had a very good rapport with Mr Selassie. He was extremely professional, very patient, and knowledgeable about the process of buying a car from his dealership. As the paperwork process rolled on, I was introduced to Mr. Mike Mazak, the used car sales director. Even though my credit was somewhat challenged, Mr. Mazak assured me that he would do the best he could to get my loan financed. Yes, the process was drawn out, but Mr Mazak and Mr Selassie met the objective and got my auto loan approved! A few days after taking possession of the car, I noticed it had a few areas of concern. I contacted Mr Selassie, who then got Mr Mazak involved. Mr. Mazak arranged with the service department, and Mr. Peter Heard promptly informed me of the way forward. I was pleasantly surprised to get a very nice loaner car to use while they sorted out the m minor issue. Again, everyone was so nice! Peter Heard at Audi Silver Spring was no exception. I am happy to say all this because this team deserves the credit for being such a positive bunch of good people. I visited Audi Silver Spring the same day after receiving very unpleasant service at a dealership in Laurel MD. Thank you to Silver Spring senior management for assembling such an amazing team. I experienced such an amazing level of service and yet I was buying just a used vehicle that was not even an Audi! I am amazed, humbled and inspired. Thank you my hero, Mr Selassie for your patience. Once again Atanas (and his team) took great care of us on the purchase of a new Q8 etron. The blue ribbon service he provides is simply above and beyond any other dealership experience. We certainly appreciate the fair and reasonable price, but what keeps us coming back is the fact that he focuses on what is the best fit for us (our needs) and doesn’t play any pricing games + he has full authority to make every deal (and has the full backing of his management team), which makes it a straight forward and pleasant car buying experience. His class, knowledge, professionalism, patience, and overall demeanor/attitude, continues to make car buying a wonderful experience for us. Despite having many dealers closer to us (at least 5-6), we drive all the way from Ashburn, VA to do business with him, because it is worth every minute and penny.
