I recently bought a 2021 A6 from a local dealership; the sales team were unable to provide me more detailed information about the vehicle. He helped me access my key in order to establish my login on the MMI. in our conversations Mr. White asked me several questions to better understand me and my desires. In doing so he was able to provide assistance in setting up key features in the my vehicle to put me at ease.
