I bought an Audi A5 from Tischer and I could not be more happy with the car, the sale experience, and the service. The vehicle is quite honestly the most enjoyable car to drive, ride in, and just plain loo happy with the car, the sale experience, and the service. The vehicle is quite honestly the most enjoyable car to drive, ride in, and just plain look at sitting in my driveway that I have ever owned. I had an unfortunate road hazard shortly after buying the A5 and I had some debris in my tire which caused the monitor to keep going off and the need for me to keep fillng it with air. I called my sales advisor and he arranged for me to bring it in on a Saturday when they have appointments only and made sure my car was repaired quickly and without cost. The A5 is a new model and I saw it at the Washington Auto Show in 2008 and knew that was going to be my next vehicle purchase. I went to the dealer and my sale advisor explained to me that I had to order it quickly to insure I would get one in 2008. He warned me if I waited too long I would not make the cut off for 2008. Unfortunately I did wait too long and I ordered a 2009 model which I waited for many months. The dealer kept me informed as to the status of the order, the beginning of production, and he expected shipment date. They even told me where exactly in Germany the car was presently sitting. I was always kept informed throughout the ordering and waitlist process. Once the vehicle arrived I was given a through review of the vehicles features and because I had to wait so long I was given a choice of a dealer installed option as compensation for my patience in waiting for my new car. Overall, I have had such a good experience with the vehicle and the dealer that I am sure I will be buying another Audi from Tischer. I am aleady in discussion with my sales advisor about what models are coming out in the coming years and photos they might be available. More

I leased two A4s from Tischer. The price was good in both instances. The only problem during the first lease involved my brakes. Two weeks after I was in for service, I brought the car in for Maryland inspec instances. The only problem during the first lease involved my brakes. Two weeks after I was in for service, I brought the car in for Maryland inspection. Maryland found that I had no brakes. As a result, I serviced the second car largely at HBL in Vienna Va. In the first eighteen months, I replaced all the tires and, despite a year of complaints from me concerning clutch function, during which Audi said there was no problem, the manual transmission failed. HBL, Tischer and Audi all insisted that I was responsible for the problem despite my lifetime driving manual transmissions.The car gave off constant electronic warnings, often engine warnings. Sometimes, leaving Tischer after a repair, the engine warning light would go off within two miles of departure. Extra cost of lease equals at least five thousand dollars and innumerable hours of driving and waiting time, time without car, time waiting for rental, etc. Nightmare. More
My oldest daughter just bought her first car from this dealership today, and it was a very positive experience (which, in my experience, is rare). We dealt with Chas Conklin, Johnny Franco and Frank Gomez, all of were very friendly, perosnable and professional. My first conversation was with Chas Conklin (a sales manager), and I was very impressed with both his, and the dealer's approach to the used car buying experience. We arrived, met with Frank Gomez and then with Johnny Franco. The experience with these gentlemen was very pleasant. They had the used vehicle that interested my daughter and provided us with information about the vehicle and a clear answer to each question we had. The vehicle was in great shape and Chas showed us the inspection paperwork, as well as a record of the work they had done to the vehicle to prepare it for sale. A very nice touch was the "AutoBiography" about the car we were considering, which was a small book with pictures and details of the car, as well as the CarFax report and the CarFax BuyBack guarantee. The whole experience was very positive. And it was especially appreciated by my daughter because we had had less than positive experiences at other dealerships, and found every step of the process at Tischer AutoPark to be postive. Highly recommended dealerhip. Especially want to give kudos to Chas, Frank and Johnny. More
I purchased a used Audi A6, still under warranty, and two weeks later the car shut off while in transit. The issue was diagnosed and repaired promptly and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience. More

Just a fantastic experience at Tischer Audi. I was blown away just how good the certified pre-owned cars were. The three year old A4 I bought had 4 brand new tires, brakes and rotors, the interior and exte away just how good the certified pre-owned cars were. Tom was personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took a great deal of time with me. He asked questions and I feel he was truly concerned about my needs. He took the time to find out who I was and what I needed. When I had a minor problem with my new car, the staff worked together to give me satisfaction. I was given a loaner car (an upgrade of my own!)and encouraged to use it as long as I wanted, or until my own car was repaired. The service department was polite, caring and knowledgeable. They did their best to explain to me what might be wrong with the vehicle, and how long the repairs might take. Then they told me that they would have a technician look at it right away. After examination by the technician, it was determined that more time was needed to find the problem and that is when I was issued a loaner car. I was particularly impressed that they loaned me another TT Roadster. I would recommend Tischer Audi to any of my friends when they are shopping for their next new car.
