Just a fantastic experience at Tischer Audi. I was blown away just how good the certified pre-owned cars were. The three year old A4 I bought had 4 brand new tires, brakes and rotors, the interior and exte away just how good the certified pre-owned cars were. Tom was personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took a great deal of time with me. He asked questions and I feel he was truly concerned about my needs. He took the time to find out who I was and what I needed. When I had a minor problem with my new car, the staff worked together to give me satisfaction. I was given a loaner car (an upgrade of my own!)and encouraged to use it as long as I wanted, or until my own car was repaired. The service department was polite, caring and knowledgeable. They did their best to explain to me what might be wrong with the vehicle, and how long the repairs might take. Then they told me that they would have a technician look at it right away. After examination by the technician, it was determined that more time was needed to find the problem and that is when I was issued a loaner car. I was particularly impressed that they loaned me another TT Roadster. I would recommend Tischer Audi to any of my friends when they are shopping for their next new car. Both of the vehicles at Tischer were as described, in near excellent condition, and available when promised for our appointment. Tom had them under their covered parking spaces to keep us out of the sun. He also gave us one of the best presentation that I have ever seen from a car salesman and showed me things that I did know about Audi. We were both impressed with his knowledge and friendliness. My dream would be to own there 2002 S6, but the wife said no! They didn't pressure or hassle us.
