We had visited another Audi dealer in our area and were not impressed. Although we liked the Audi we just did not feel comfortable with the dealership. We found Silver Spring Audi through Costco's auto b not impressed. Although we liked the Audi we just did not feel comfortable with the dealership. We found Silver Spring Audi through Costco's auto buying program. We had a response within a few hours of submitting our request. Our sales associate, Jason Loraw, was very professional and seemed very interested in meeting our needs. We simply told him what we wanted and he found the right car at the right price. The day we picked up the car, Jason took the time to explain how to use all the new high tech features. We were treated very well and dealing with Jason was a pleasure. Two weeks after the sale I wanted to see if I could get a front bumper that did not have a place for a license plate. Jason found one, shipped it to us, and we were able to swap it out...excellant customer service! In fact, any time I have a question or concern I know I can call Jason and he will find the answer. We tell our friends it was well worth driving the 100 miles to Audi Silver Spring. More

Brian located the car I wanted in another state and got it here in a matter of days. The paperwork went quickly, the audi dealership was very comfortable and modern. My only disappointment was a price audi gave me for a trade in vehicle. But otherwise it was great - I highly recommend this dealership and I will probably only get Audi's from Audi of Silver Spring from now on. More
I went to Zag.com to get a price on the new S4 I wanted. Audi od Silver Spring responded quickly, with a great price. It took Audi 3 months to make and deliver the car but my sales rep, Jason Loraw, kept me Audi od Silver Spring responded quickly, with a great price. New Car Sales Manager Frank Gonzalez also introduced himself and was very friendly. Really, I don't see how they could have done anything better. I would definitely recommed this dealership to friends and family, it was actually a very pleasant experience buying my car. More
I cannot say enough superlatives concerning the service and the knowledge of my new Audi 5 vehicle by my salesman Tom Schweiss. When I picked up the car from the dealership, Tom spent at least 2 hours ca and the knowledge of my new Audi 5 vehicle by my salesman Tom Schweiss. When I picked up the car from the dealership, Tom spent at least 2 hours carefully instructiong me on the operation of the vehicle. He was extremely thorough but I had some personal family distractions that totally prevented me from comprehending all of the wonderful features of my beautiful new vehicle. Consequently, Tom so very graciously offered to come to my home today to not only program my Garage Door Opener but to once again in great detail and with abundant patience review the entire features of my Audi once more for more than 1 1/2 hours. His caring and service above and beyond his duty as an exceptional Salesman is extroardinary!! I am so fortunate to have him as my personal guide for my incredible Audi 5. More

The finance dept. explained every document that I was signing and made absolutely sure that i understood all of the charges. It was a WONDERFUL experience working with both Tom and Mike. They each went out of their way to make sure we had a car that we wanted in a price range that we wanted. Tom was incredibly patient going on test drive after test drive and answering a barrage of questions regarding policies, plans, financing, and car specs. Tom is one of those rare car salesmen that actually make a genuine effort to get you a car you want at a price you want rather than pushing the car he "needs" to sell you. Mike was the best car sales managers I have ever worked with (and I have worked with more than my share). I didn't have to play the "let me talk to my manager game" that we all hate. After Tom's first couple of trips to the manager's office, Mike came out to speak with us directly. This is very different from other dealerships where I never met the manager, almost a Wizard of Oz kind of thing... ignore that man behind the curtain.... Luckily there was no Oz setup at Tischer and the experience as a whole was wonderful. Thank you so much, Mike & Tom! I only wish my family lived in this area so I could send them all to you when they need cars. More

I found a new Audi S4 on Cars.com that was the color and options I wanted in the DC area. I also had a hankering to get out of Colorado and thought it could be fun to fly to D.C., buy the car and drive it options I wanted in the DC area. I also had a hankering to get out of Colorado and thought it could be fun to fly to D.C., buy the car and drive it back. Turns out, it was! Jason Loraw was tremendously helpful from first contact through giving me a good overview of the car before driving it back across the country. He was able to get the car tinted and a clear bra put on before I arrived. I was very impressed with Mick Casey in finance as well that got me approved for the loan and went through the paperwork with me. More
