I live in Florida and for approximately 6 months I have been researching these cars. I didn't want to buy new and I had a very particular color combination and technology features in mind as well as desiring a 6-speed transmission. I monitored all of Florida's Audi dealerships as well, but the car combination I wanted never came up available used. I initially dealt with Mike Mazak, but finally dealt with salesperson, Thomas Schweiss. I have never bought a car out of State, but I was willing to secure a deal over the phone and make the trip up to purchase the car provided I could come to terms. My experience was very pleasant and Thomas even picked me up from the airport. The car was WAY better in person than in the website pictures and I was able to complete the purchase in less than 3 hours (which is very fast, in my opinion) and drove the car to the Auto Train station on Lorton, VA same day to get the car to Florida. One thing I found very pleasing was that prior to making the trip, I had worked with their financing team to secure financing terms that were to my satisfaction, but when I got there, they were able to get me about 0.75 basis point lower than the financing terms I/we had agreed to. This lowered my monthly payment. I thought it was a very good touch for them to do this as I don't think they really had to since we had "agreed" to terms prior. More

My wife and I liked the deal so we drove 2 hours and 45 minutes from Ocean City, MD to Silver Spring. We go there at 8:15 PM, test drove the car around the block, did the paperwork, got a really fair price for my trade ($300 more than I was expecting), signed the financing, and drove home. Their team stayed until 10:30 PM to get everything done. Other than that, the facility is nice. The staff is very social and friendly (at least for us it was), and the follow-up communication was there the next day. Not much to review for me which is good I guess. Shawn (Ocean City, MD) More
Great management made them successful I bought an 2014 Audi Q7 , I had a great experience. with my salesperson Scott, he was awesome. after a while I I realized that the DVD headphone was I bought an 2014 Audi Q7 , I had a great experience. with my salesperson Scott, he was awesome. after a while I I realized that the DVD headphone was missing, I called my salesperson few times, but I the sales manager forgot about my headphone which he is no longer work there and I did complain about my issue , as soon as my voice was heard, the general manager Mr. Michael DiGiovanni called me right away and reached out to me , he handled the matter so professionally and immediately ordered the missing headphone. I have a strong faith in the management team to run the business in the right way. I'm considering to trade in my 2013 Audi to the new 2015 Audi A8L 4.0T . I'm sure Michael will take care of me. They will change the pricing at the finance room without your knowledge!!! Although I had completed a credit app, sent a copy of my ID, Insurance info, Trade info with current mileage and pay off amount I had to wait 2 hours before they even tried to help me. They had my app sitting with nothing initiated!! Although my sales rep Xeni was friendly, he had no clue about the car he was trying to sell me - when a few things like the back curtain, rear speakers and the rear seat lights was not working his comment was " we are not a Mercedes Dealership so we have no idea why this is not working and have any knowledge of fixing it unless I will pay for it""!!! And his managers including the finance rep Prasad (he was the most unfriendliest person I have ever met!!) never seemed to understand what was needed and not once did anyone from the dealership try to compensate for their failures. This dealership just is not worth your time. Do not go! More

This is who I would recommend to work with at this dealership. My sister was in the market for a new car lease and she fell in love with the Audi A3. She was being quoted a price way over MSRP and so I decided to surprise her by calling a bunch of dealerships in MD for her in hopes of surprising her with a good deal. I had recent experience for negotiating my own car deal so I wanted to help her out. I am located on the west coast, so as soon as I began calling a couple of dealers telling them I was looking to broker a deal on behalf of my sister, they didn't even want to work with me. Not Johnny. He assured me from our first conversation that he was going to help me get a great deal for my sister since she had budget constraints. I had a great feeling about Johnny from the first time we spoke. Johnny and I spent a week going back on forth between numerous emails and phone calls, and we finally came to terms on an amazing deal. My sister signed a new lease with him last night. Overall, Johnny was one of the most courteous and obliging sales people I have ever worked with, and the best part is he was never pushy or rude like other salesmen come across. If you go to this dealer, make sure you ask for Johnny. You won't regret it! More

I purchased my Audi from Silver Spring, but I live in Lorton. At first I took my car to them for service, but the distance (45 min to 1 hour) was becoming an inconvienence. The same dealership that I chose not to buy my Audi from because they were too pushy. But being that I was only going for service, I figured I would be safe. WRONG! I took my car to the Arlington dealership on 2 occasions. For various reasons, I have chosen not to go back to them and take that hike to Maryland! Each experience with the Silver Spring Audi dealership has been awesome. In particular are Evan, Cragg and Aaron. Those guys are always so nice and helpful. They never pressure me about anything. I am greeted by name as soon as I pull into the service center. I have no hassles with getting a loaner or anything. I have a warranty on my car and I have no issues with whats covered and whats not covered. With Arlington, there was always and issue of "maybe" its not covered. That is not a good feeling to take your car to a dealership, knowing you have a warranty, for the dealer to tell you "maybe". Silver Spring has never said this to me, they inform me immediately of any out of pocket expenses. Which so far, has been none :-) I do not mind my 45 minute drive to Maryland anymore. Its worth the treatment and expertise of the Service Department at Audi Silver Spring! More
I purchased a preowned Audi Q5 6 months ago and I've gone back to the service dept for vibrations in the speakers. After 3 visits I was told by the service manager that although they can hear the proble gone back to the service dept for vibrations in the speakers. After 3 visits I was told by the service manager that although they can hear the problem, they can't fix it and my only option is to go to a "third party" outside of Audi to have it fixed. Although I like the vehicle, I'm pretty sure that I won't get another Audi if this is the norm. I'm hopeful that any other issues can be fixed as they arise as the Q5 ages. There's no option to choose "maybe" for returning to this service center so I checked yes in hopes of any other issues being taken care of. I'm already considering a Porsche Cayenne bcause I'm sure the speakers don't vibrate. More
