Although I was utterly dissatisfied with Audi's failure to offer me a reasonable trade in value for my vehicle, I can not fault the salesman, Tom Schweiss for that. He is extremely knowledgeable of not just the Audi A5 I purchased, but of many vehicles. His broad based knowledge really allowed him to "compare and contrast" as he worked with me.
