Evan (service department manager) and his team are truly the exceptional reliable customer service; responsive, polite, in time and always ready to assist. My experience with the sales department, including the finance team was outstanding. Sales rep Atanas Ivanov has done a great product presentation with remarkably passionate knowledge. I will say that if you need someone to show knowledge about cars, then ask for Atanas. I always shop for the best deal possible and without any doubt, this sales team got me the best deal. More
Car buying made easy We were forced to look for a new car after being rear-ended and having our previous vehicle considered a total loss. We went to a few dealerships but were unhappy with what we were finding and the fees that other dealers were trying to tack on. I drove from Annapolis to Silver Spring because of a used Audi my wife and I had seen online. We did not call to ask about the vehicle, I just drove to the site. Bill Sells was the person that greeted me when I entered the dealership. His kindness showed through right away. Most of us have dealt with that scummy feeling you get at times from car salesmen. This was not the case here. Bill was a great guy to deal with. I looked at the Audi and realized that it was not the right choice for our family. Bill didn't try to convince me that "This was the best car," or that "We were missing out on a great deal" or anything to try to push the sale. He understood and thanked me for coming in. Like I said, Bill was just a really nice guy. After saying the Audi was not for us, I was just talking to him about the process of trying to find that right car and mentioned that I was getting ready to go next door to look at a Nissan Rogue. He then informed me that the Nissan dealer was owned by the same parent company and asked me if I wanted him to have the vehicle brought over. Ok. So he is good with me not buying an Audi. He doesn't try to press the sale on me. I tell him I'm interested in a different car at a different dealer and find that it is also part of his company. He asks if I want him to bring the vehicle over or if I just want to head over there myself and speak to someone there. How do you know you have a good person for a salesman? When he is willing to let you walk away and deal with another salesman at the other dealership even though he could indeed show you the car himself. Like I said, Bill was a great guy. Very easy to talk to. Very friendly. Exactly what you would want when having to go through the process of buying a car. So it was a no-brainer. I had the car brought over so that I could continue dealing with Bill. I took a test drive in the Rogue and as we were leaving the dealership he mentioned that, "You know, Columbia isn't that far away. Why don't we just drive the car to where your wife works so that she can take a look at." So that is what we did. I drove the Rogue to Columbia, pulled my wife out of her office to take a look at it and to let her take it for a brief test drive. We both agreed that it was the car for our family and decided to buy the Rogue. Bill and I drove back to the dealership and I took the time with him to fill out all the paperwork. It was a really easy process and went much quicker than I had hoped. The price was very fair and we ended up with a great vehicle (certified pre-owned) that is a great fit for us, our son, and our dogs to make trips in. Bill was fantastic. Even though it is an hour drive for us to get to the dealership, when we end up having to get a new car again I will definitely be checking out Audi of Silver Springs first. Especially if Bill is still working there. More

Second Audi - Best car buying experience so far. I contacted Audi of Silver Spring last month because I noticed they were the only dealer with a new 2018 S4 Black/Black with Black Optics Package just I contacted Audi of Silver Spring last month because I noticed they were the only dealer with a new 2018 S4 Black/Black with Black Optics Package just like my 2014 S4. Hayley setup a test-drive for me, and worked with me to get me out of my previous S4 lease into a new one. I arrived at the dealer late at night and they worked with me way over closing time. They also offered a full-detailing of the car next day which was very appreciated. I highly recommend Audi of Silver Spring for the variety of cars they have available and excellent service. I also recommend Hayley as your sales guide. More

Great experience with finance (i misplaced his card, but think it was Frank) and I think it was Joe from service who took time to explain some of the really cool (and gas saving) options. Everyone was very friendly. They spent the time to understand my needs/ desires and related them to the vehicles so I could make an informed decision as to which would be best. My Q7 is absolutely AWESOME. It meets all my needs and spoils me every day. My daughter loves the Wi-Fi and back seat heat warmers... She has no idea how lucky she is to be chauffeured in this vehicle every day - I do know how lucky I am to drive it ever day. I am pretty sure I am now an Audi-ite for life.
