He didn't do a hard sell, didn't try to push me to other cars and did a good job of convincing me to buy from their dealership while NOT trashing a rival dealership that had a similar vehicle. That's professionalism, and it's appreciated. Audi SS gave me a fair trade-in value for my car and they were very fair with my counter offer on the new one. It was pain-free transaction. I probably could have gotten the exact amount I wanted but things were handled so well that I didn't even push to counter again, nor did I feel like I'd somehow lost as a result. I owe a lot of this to Atanas' easygoing and transparent manner. I felt like I got a good deal, Sam in fiance was straightforward with terms, and I was in and outta there within 3 hours. After shopping around different Audi dealerships, I found Julian / Silver Spring to be most price competitive. We agreed to a price over the phone and after arriving at the dealership, everything went very smoothly. Financing with Prashant was quick and efficient.
