We are very sorry that you feel you were forgotten about, especially after you have had such pleasurable experiences with us before. Our records indicate that we have sent out the touch-up paint on two different occasions to the address that you specified. We will gladly have a driver bring it out to you in person so we can avoid any further delays, or if you prefer a refund we can facilitate that as well. Regarding the loaner car policy, our insurance company requires us to have the actual license and insurance from a client before they can drive one of our loaner vehicles. For pickup and delivery service, we still require the front and back of the license as well as current insurance. Perhaps there was a slight miscommunication regarding these details and the need for these documents, and we will take ownership of that. Dimitra and our General Manager, Mike Digiovanni, have tried to contact you to discuss your concerns and find out how you would like to proceed, but have not been able to reach you.
