Felicia’s warm positive energy was key to me staying to browse while she found me the perfect salesman. 5-Star Sales: Sergio Rivera –Sergio’s patient sales approach was to take time to hear my feedback of likes/dislikes while test-driving 4 cars (new and used); shared details about each model…I never felt rushed. He truly allowed me to take my time to make the best auto investment. Great listener - got me into the perfect car for me! I say that because at one point during test drive #3, I was changing my mind about which auto I was leaning towards. Sergio quickly reminded me about a key feature I found uncomfortable (headrest positioning in 2025 vs. 2024 model due to my chronic neck injury). 
Sergio felt like a fast-friend through the sales experience! 5-Star Finance: Tim Nguyen’s relaxed, friendly approach to the “paperwork” totally put us at ease.
