Do not recommend. If you have a recall, seek an alternative dealership. The very unknowledgeable service manager lacked customer service skills and basic knowledge of reading and understanding pape alternative dealership. Brought my car in for tire rotation and alignment - got it home and noticed that one of my tires had 3 bubbles in it. called them back for the service Brought my car in for tire rotation and alignment - got it home and noticed that one of my tires had 3 bubbles in it. called them back for the service manager to tell me they even did the work! that was first time, second brought in for an oil change told I would get a call at 9:30 the next morning.. no call so I showed up at 12:15 they brought my car around looked like a 2 year old took a garden hose to it and had a film of some kind all over it! couldn't even see out my window! told so many times they are short staffed .. sorry excuse for an Audi dealer! Not Great I brought my A4 in for service and had to wait for it. I was told it would be an hour. Three hours later they had misplaced my car and tried to retu I brought my A4 in for service and had to wait for it. I was told it would be an hour. Three hours later they had misplaced my car and tried to retun it to me with the "check engine" light still on. I had to insist they keep the car until it was fixed. 2 days later they called me to tell me they had to replace a relay and the car was ready, but not to come get until the evening becasue they cracked my windshield. I have been trying to get an airbag replaced (recall item) for 2 years. I finally had to call Audi of America and they connected me with another dealership to get the airbag replaced right away. I love my car but the service at Audi Shrewsbury is not good. More

I complained, the service manager knew I was right, so they took the price of one rotor off my bill. I went back not long after when I was having a steering issue. They said I must have hit something and said the car needed around $3,500 in repairs. I brought the car to my local shop that afternoon and we couldn't find any evidence of damage where they told me it occurred. I brought the car to another Audi dealer. They found the real issue and fixed it for under $800. I can't help but wonder if this would have happened if I hadn't complained about the installation of the brake rotors. Also: I feel bad for the people who go there for service and pay for unnecessary work. More
HORRENDOUS HORRIFIC & AWFUL EXPERIENCE Arrived at dealership service department for the very first time and was not greeted. Stood around for about 5 mins, made eye contact with 2 service advisors and was ignored until I said something. I was quoted $140.00 for diagnosis. Received a call about an hr later from Bill Fallon (service advisor) advising me to spend $1,300.00 not knowing if this would fix the problem my vehicle was having. I couldn’t believe the suggestion as there was a huge uncertainty and gray area on the information provided regarding the findings on my vehicle specially without knowing if it will fix the problem - that was a bit concerning. At that point, I told Bill Fallon I will get back to him in about an hr. Within a 2 hr span I received 6 phone calls from Bill pushing me to do the job, I felt extremely harassed as I was at the office working and couldn’t answer his calls. The next day I went to take delivery of my vehicle as I decided against the guestimate repair. During checkout I was told it would be a total of $145.00 for diagnosis I immediately replied and said I was quoted $140.00 and instead of honoring the price and taking care of me as a customer I was given a hard time over $5.00 to the point where after going back and forth Stan Rambarran (service manager) said “give it to him for $140.00, $5.00 WON’T KILL ME OR BREAK ME”. I couldn’t believe the poor words being expressed from a person that holds the service manager title. I then answered back and said that “it’s the principle that counts”. A week had passed I took it upon myself and contacted Kateri McGee (customer experience manager), she was very apologetic and said she would take care of me. Two weeks had gone by, never heard back from Kateri McGee, I decided to send her an email, her response was the following “did my due diligence speaking with the appropriate parties. I apologize but aside from that, there is not much in my power that I can do for you” I will never do business with you Audi of Shrewsbury/Wagner Audi and will voice my bad experience in all social media platforms. This is no way to treat a customer that drives a $60,000.00 vehicle – Stan Rambarran and Kateri Mcgee - you should learn how to represent your title, the brand appropriately and value 1st time customers. A bad experience will always speak in volumes, don’t promise something you can’t deliver. More
Poor post sale service I purchased a 2015 A4 and have had brought car in service multiple times with no resolution. They can't resolve a persistent issue with check engine l I purchased a 2015 A4 and have had brought car in service multiple times with no resolution. They can't resolve a persistent issue with check engine light coming on for 3 months now and only 7,000 miles on vehicle. They were happy to make the sale and take money but all I hear are crickets now that I have issues. Resolution not a priority for Wagner Service Department. I suggest you look at other dealers who will support you AFTER the sale. More
