give zero stars, but had to pick one star to share; in for oil change waited 2hours 10 min to get my car back no car wash or vacuum after I was offered both; they recommended over 7,000 in work on my car for oil change waited 2hours 10 min to get my car back no car wash or vacuum after I was offered both; they recommended over 7,000 in work on my car including a $400 cabinet filter replacement which my husband had already done, wanted $900 for a bulb on back of car, not even a brake light, takes 5min to replace; I purchase my car here and have been loyal to having it serviced here, but what a rip off and wanted $180 dollars for oil change using $40 oil and $10 filter; highly disappointed and recommend you get your Audi serviced someplace else!
