give zero stars, but had to pick one star to share; in for oil change waited 2hours 10 min to get my car back no car wash or vacuum after I was offered both; they recommended over 7,000 in work on my car for oil change waited 2hours 10 min to get my car back no car wash or vacuum after I was offered both; they recommended over 7,000 in work on my car including a $400 cabinet filter replacement which my husband had already done, wanted $900 for a bulb on back of car, not even a brake light, takes 5min to replace; I purchase my car here and have been loyal to having it serviced here, but what a rip off and wanted $180 dollars for oil change using $40 oil and $10 filter; highly disappointed and recommend you get your Audi serviced someplace else! I had a great experience buying my certified pre-owned Audi Q3 at Audi Shrewsbury. I drove in to look at the car that was advertised online and Anthony met me on the sales floor. I immediately knew that he had a good sense of humor and found him to be very pleasant and professional. We went for a drive and he was able to answer all my questions with ease and patience. I didn't commit to buying the vehicle and told him I would return the next day. When I arrived, I was surprised that Anthony had the car washed, detailed, filled with gas and waiting for me. He was also prepared to evaluate my trade-in vehicle and did so expertly and quickly. We bought the car and came across 2 small issues, but he addressed both professionally and to my satisfaction. Anthony followed up with me to see how I was enjoying my new car. I asked if he could answer a few questions on setting up my system and he didn't even hesitate. He called me when I was ready and spent about 10 minutes working through the issue with me. He really made my experience of purchasing a vehicle so easy and enjoyable!
