Just rude and unprofessional. They simply do not care about customer service at all. The sales force ignored us and when we did FINALLY get attention he was short and unprofessional. When I came back another day asking for the manager to voice my disapproval with the experience, he was WORSE than his salesman. Asking me to leave and that I was disturbing him. Where do I start! I walked in planning to buy a Q5 after doing a lot of research on the internet. I see one person sitting at a "desk in the corner who doesn't acknowledge us. We walk up to the Q5 in the show room and he says "what do you need?" I say I want to buy a Q5 he said "it's over there" "I have to finish some things my manager wanted me to do" as we were about to walk out he comes up to us and I asked him if we could take a test drive. He said "we are closing in an hour and it would not be possible" I said get your manager. the manager told him to take us for a test drive yet he wouldn't let my wife drive the car, said it was some insurance thing. I could go on, yet I'm sure you got the point. Don't waste your time with these guys. More
