I have the road side hazard for my audi rs5. I got a nail in my tire with a slow leak. They first told me that they couldn't get me in for 3 days, then told me that they only have one tire in I got a nail in my tire with a slow leak. They first told me that they couldn't get me in for 3 days, then told me that they only have one tire in stock and it doesn't match the tires on my car. They won't order the tire for my car. So I'm driving down to Ft Myres Audi where they always take care of me. I now live in Lakewood Ranch. My next car will not be an Audi. I would never want to deal with the service department for Audi of Sarasota. More
Tom Clancy is the most professional Salesperson I have ever dealt with and I have had experience with many over the years. The dealership played no games gave me upfront pricing and trade value. I actually bought the car but when it came to showing how to use it. They couldn’t get the infotainment screen to work. I would not take a car they could not make work. After 3 tries and over a half hour of trying. I needed to undo the purchase. The dealer agreed reluctantly. The general manager came by. I was tired and angry but not abusive or profane. The general manager told me “if you are going to be angry with a small like this, we do not want customers like you. Please leave the premises.” More

The staff who work here are absolutely amazing and super sweet! I dealt with Kristy Harrington and she was a wonderful service advisor who answered every question I had in a timely, eloquent manner and ensu sweet! However, whoever runs this dealership or is in charge of setting the service prices, is a SCAMMER. I was told that an alignment on my car would be $499. That is absolutely ridiculous considering that the Audi dealership in Fort Myers, an hour down the road, charges $286.20 with tax included for the EXACT same alignment. It is for this reason that I will never bring my car back to this establishment ever again. I do not appreciate being scammed and having to pay double for a service! When I asked Kristy why the price was so high she told me that every dealership sets their own prices; Thus, I was able to conclude that whoever is the owner of this dealership and/or is in charge of setting the prices for services has zero compassion and consideration towards the patrons that keep the business running. More
