He was accommodating during the pre-sales portion and made a point to tell me he was the best salesperson they had there. I had done all my research and test driving at other locations. So I was just there to buy my Volvo, because they were only ones that had the car I wanted in stock. After I brought my SUV home I tried reaching out to him numerous times about an issue I was having with my adapter plug for the XC60 T8 hybrid that I bought. The issue was I wasn’t able to charge my car at home because of the adapters they gave me. I made many phone calls, texts, and left voice messages and emails to him with no response. After threes days of no response I started copying the operations manager and service manager, still no reply. A week goes by and I’ve heard from nobody over there. I finally talk with the Finance Manager, I explain my situation and how I haven’t heard from my sales guy, she said she would go talk to him and have him call me. WELL...Someone from the parts department calls me back. Seriously? I asked the parts person to please have David call me to work through this issue. Good thing I didn’t hold my breath. I never got a call back from David Stephens. I love my Volvo, but will never recommend or buy a car from Royal Auto in SF or David Stephens. More
