I had a lot of trouble getting calls back when trying to schedule service and also follow up on requests. Three times i left messages asking for assistance with either an appointment or follow up on a service aspect and did not receive return calls. I feel for the team being overextended and hope that they can get some additional help if it increases customer service. More

Sincere appreciation for my needs. I have an older Audi--a 1998 A8--and the team did their best to diagnose the engine warning light. I appreciate the fine work by Nacho and the service I have an older Audi--a 1998 A8--and the team did their best to diagnose the engine warning light. I appreciate the fine work by Nacho and the service team who explained to me that the diagnostic equipment/software does not support the vehicle due to its age, but they shared their ideas on what were the likely causes. They were able to work on the car and address the issue because the light finally reset and stayed "off". Also, Nacho worked hard to find a replacement Audi/OEM window for the driver's side door! I really appreciate the entire team's efforts. More
so disappointing Bought a new car a few months ago and am so displeased with the service department. Manny has been very nice but they are incompetent. The salesman (also very nice) had asked if we wanted both license plates on. This implied that we only needed one but within a few weeks we had a ticket from the police. I called the service department and they said just come in, which I did. WRONG. one needs an appointment so I made one and arranged for a loaner car since its takes a number of hours as the grill needs to be changed. I got to the place at my app't time of 9:30. THERE WERE NO MORE LOANERS. I felt annoyed, asked for the managers name and rescheduled. Called the manager, He didn't call back. My husband called. Wanted to know how to effectively deal with the service department since that's what owning a car is all about. He never called my husband back. We have had Lexus cars for the last 18 yr and the service was ALWAYS good, reliable, consistent. Makes me regret getting an Audi even though I like the car. For such an expensive car, one would hope for better service. I did get my license on! More
