Pain free, enjoyable experience! I have been in the past in "independent" shops with my car and sure I saved maybe $100 on a major service, but I they were not reliable. What I love I have been in the past in "independent" shops with my car and sure I saved maybe $100 on a major service, but I they were not reliable. What I love about Audi is that they send you video from inspection with description of what is wrong and what not (killer feature!!!!). Then they are very careful with what service you want to perform. They don't push you at all toward anything! (WHICH I LOVE) After the service they also send video with work that was performed, with detailed explanation. Bottom line is - with every service I know that professionals are looking at and fixing my car, not some questionable shops. Maybe hourly rate is a bit higher but it is totally worth it if you care about your car. More

Not proactive My car was towed in. The service rep did not called me . Hard to reach him. One day after he left a message that he would send a quote for a new key t My car was towed in. The service rep did not called me . Hard to reach him. One day after he left a message that he would send a quote for a new key telling me it was lost which of course wasn’t . I called back to explain him , said he would call back in half an hour. He didn’t . I finally reached him the next day. He said had 40 cars before mine he couldn’t even tell me over the phone how much was it. It was only a flat tire ! I had to ask him for a courtesy car and went to get it. He gave me the quote in person. When I pick up my car, wasn’t ready , had to wait . The tired seem used because it was very dirty . Had to take it to the car wash. By the way, had to wait 1:30 hour for the courtesy vehicle cause mine was given to another person, even that I called him to let him know I was going. A lot of service opportunities for you guys. More
