Horrible experience will never come back I came in for a service and my service guy Jerald was awesome I would highly recommend him to everyone. The car loaner department sucked. Told me my loaner car would be ready in an hour but 3 hours went by and it is not ready. When I called the call rep Anna was supper unprofessional and kept transferring me to his vm instead of actually helping me locating him. When I kept calling back she just kept transferring me instead of answering my phone call. When I went in to get my loaner car jerald apologized profusely and when I asked to speak to the loaner and call center manager I was informed they don’t have a manager. To have such a big company and not have management team is ridiculous to me. I would only come back if the service improve and for Jerald other than that I will never come back to this Audi center ever again. More

No loaner car I brought my 2013 Audi A4 in for it 75,000 mile service. At the time I made my appointment at least 10 days in advance I told them that I had to have I brought my 2013 Audi A4 in for it 75,000 mile service. At the time I made my appointment at least 10 days in advance I told them that I had to have a loaner car and they told me it would not be a problem. When I arrived the service advisor had no recollection or record that I had requested a loaner car and told me that none was available. I then had to wait until a loaner car came in which was disappointing since I made it crystal clear at the time I made the appointment. More

Previously I had driven Infiniti brands for 2 decades and have been accustomed to great client experience. I recently brought my car in due to 3 recalls Audi sent me. I called in, made an appointment and asked if there would be a loaner car provided and was told that I would if I came in first thing in the morning. I set an 7:30am appointment and was disappointed to learn there was no loaner car available but that they would provide LYFT services. My first LYFT service cancelled, and so I waited an additional 18 minutes for the 2nd to arrive. I picked up my car at the end of day to be told that the part for the 3rd recall was not available so I would need to leave my car or bring it back. I picked up my car, I received a call a day later letting me know the part needed was now available so I set an appointment for 7:30am Monday morning and insisted I have a loaner car which they accommodated. I came in and it took 45 minutes for me to drop off my car and pick up a loaner car. They kept my car for 2 days. I picked up my car today and they let me know that the work was complete along with a coolant leak that they corrected all at no charge because of my Audi Care package. I think overall, they are really nice people once you are actually assisted. I would say for a first impression, the wait time was not what I was used to. I have to say the other 3 clients in line had also expressed their disappointment in the wait time. Again, this is my first time dealing with Audi, so my apologies if this is the "norm" but certainly not what I expected. I will say that Damien greeted my first day and was very friendly, but very underwhelmed after that. More
Poor communication I was told my car would be ready at 12. I came in just after that and was told it was almost done, just 15 mins more. 1.5 hours later I still didn't h I was told my car would be ready at 12. 5 star service Anthony was so nice and helpful. He helped me buy a Q5 which i’m in love with. He didn’t put on that pressure that most car salesmen do and i apprecia Anthony was so nice and helpful. He was super nice also, made really good conversation. Hope to see him again next time i need to get serviced. Jerald actually opened up my trunk and verified other minor issues that we instantly figured out. His background of mechanical knowledge definitely assisted his service knowledge!! Thanks guys, happy to be part of the Audi family! More
