Amy was very helpful took care of me when they were about to or just closed. Car was overheating and i was in a panic but she opened the doors got me in and ride(shuttle) home and A loaner car the very next to or just closed. Service Dept. could not help with failed smog check I failed the smog check with a permanent diagnostic trouble code (PDTC) in the vehicle's computer system. The service tech claimed it does not exist b I failed the smog check with a permanent diagnostic trouble code (PDTC) in the vehicle's computer system. The service tech claimed it does not exist because he does not see it with his expensive audi diagnostics equipment. I had the vehicle scanned by 3 independent techs afterwards and they all confirmed the PDTC is there. I finally found a knowledgeable VW tech sho confirmed that the Audi equipment doesn't show these codes and that they will only go away after the car's computer detects sufficient drive cycles to confirm the issue is resolved and then clears the code. I also learned that you can pass the smog check if the car completes 15 warm-up cycles and 200 miles since the last code clearing. I would have expected the experts at Audi to provide this information, but they seemed clueless about it. Note: George did his best to help me out. Enjoyable Experience @ the Audi Dealership Audi brought it to my attention concerning a factory recall with my infotainment system. My only complaint was that they seemed disorganized. All I needed was one of my key fobs paired to my car because it wasn't done when I bought my car. I had to make an appointment, and I was told it would take 1.5 hours, which seemed like a long time. I waited for my car. After two hours, I went to ask them to check on the status. It was ready, but nobody had told me. When I looked at my receipt, it had actually been ready about a half hour prior to my inquiry. I was missing work to wait for something that didn't seem like it should have taken so long, and I wasn't happy additional time was wasted just waiting to me notified my car was ready. They didn't really seem busy, either. More

The service was good , however I was surprised that my car was not even washed ... even at the Ford and Honda dealer I would get a complimentary car wash ...
