Fixed and final price under quote First time I used service since Audi SD has updated to text updates. The video walk through of the problem was great. Problem took a while to figure out as the error code would not reproduce right away (understandable), but having a loaner Audi Q5 makes any wait tolerable as you remain in a great Audi vehicle. While this was still an expensive repair, coming in significantly under quote helped ease the pain. I have already bought my last two cars at Audi SD, and will look to them for my next Audi as well.
