Disappointed I had my car in the dealership twice within 1 week. First time it was a routinue service. I was called and told my car was done and ready for pick I had my car in the dealership twice within 1 week. First time it was a routinue service. I was called and told my car was done and ready for pick up. I call the my service rep back and told them I was on my way. I got there and my car was not ready. I had to wait around without anyone telling me that it was not ready. Finally threatened to leave and coem back later, and was told I could have my car but they would not have time to wash it.. Told them I would take my car unwashed, again took a significat amount of time to get my car back. Was in there a few days later due to flat tire. Asked what caused the flat and as not told until they tire had been changed and I had been charged for a new tire. I was told it was a nail, but was not shown the nail and there was not option presented to me to fix the tire instead of replacingit with a new one. Very disappointed in my service rep More

Service was great; loaner car was filthy I had my Audi Q5 in for recall service and for an issue with the sensors for the early warning accident prevention system. The service advisor kept me abreast of the status of the work via text message throughout the day, so I was able to pick up the car by mid-afternoon rather than waiting until the end of the day. The service that was performed was fully explained when I picked up the car. The service advisor was professional and very helpful in checking the car in for service and at the time I picked it up. Overall the service was excellent. I cannot say the same thing about the loaner car. I had a Q7, which is a very nice vehicle. However, the interior of this one was the dirtiest I have ever driven - loaner car or rental car. The carpeting was severely stained everywhere and filthy. There were cookie crumbs all over the passenger's seat. The inside of the windshield was so hazed over with dirt that I had to stop and wipe it off because it was impossible to drive in the direction of the sun. The back cargo area was full of glitter and all the other seats were stained and dirty. In addition, the car smelled like wet dog. This vehicle should never have been used as a loaner without conducting a deep clean on the interior. Not only was this very disappointing, this should never happen at a high-end vehicle dealership. Having recently had a major repair that required a loaner car for 2 w In the past 2 years, I have spent approximately $8000 in repairs on my 2010 Q5. Having recently had a major repair that required a loaner car for 2 weeks, I was disappointed to have the 'service due' message appear within 48 hours of receiving my car. When I made the appointment, I was told that the service would take 'an hour or so'. Upon check in, Damien said the service would take 1.5 -2 hours. I chose to wait. After 2 hours, Brett found me in the lounge and and gave me a status update: mechanic found residual oil most likely from the recent repair but wanted to check it nonetheless; finishing up then a car wash should be within an hour. Another 2 hours and finally my car was ready. Upon check out, Brett tells me that today's service is 'no charge'. He adds that he should caught the upcoming service and, as goodwill gesture for my inconvenience, I will not be charged. I was stunned and surprised. Others have advised me to use an independent auto service since my car is out of warranty and going to the dealership is always more expensive. While this may be true, I have always found Brett to be honest and trustworthy. Thank you, Brett. You have earned my continued business at Audi San Diego. More
