Service advisors are unwelcoming and would rather stare at their phones or computers than s The level of service at Audi of San Diego is unacceptable. Service advisors are unwelcoming and would rather stare at their phones or computers than speak to customers. The timeliness of returning calls and meeting commitments is poor. I was quoted over $5000 of repairs, most of which proved to be unnecessary. The lack of loaner/rental cars is extremely inconvenient, particularly, when the car is not ready as promised. My feedback is not based on a single visit, previous encounters with different service advisors were similar. More

Audi San Diego Service Center I showed up thinking I had an appointment for a recall on my car. It turns out that I never received a confirmation. He was very friendly and made sure I was out in a reasonable amount of time. As a new Audi owner, I was very satisfied with my first experience with their service. Their lounge was very clean, had nice, plush leather couches and was fully stocked with refreshments and snacks. Thanks again Jerald and Audi San Diego! More

Service Adviser Out and no one took over his clients I took my car in a week or so ago for a recall and some work on my air conditioning system that was very smelly. When I took the car in there were no I took my car in a week or so ago for a recall and some work on my air conditioning system that was very smelly. When I took the car in there were no loaners available but my service adviser seemed to think it would only take a day or so to finish the work. I called about three days after I left my car to check in because I hadn't heard anything. I found out that the service adviser was out for a death in the family...which I completely understand. However, I left several messages with the receptionist and Manny and never received a call back. I also got transferred to voice mail several times and was on hold for around 20 minutes. Finally I got my service adviser's voice mail and found out that he would be back in a couple days. So I waited and called the day that he returned at which time he told me my car was done...6 days later. All of this without a car or even a phone call. Very disappointing from a high end dealership. More
