I got a call after closing time That car was ready but because shop was already closed was not allowed to pick up car until 26th. Additionally, I am not sure that problem was fixed as I heard break squealing again yesterday morning. It was the first time I head since service and if I hear again, I will be bringing back n for a fix More
Non Event I booked the appointment and feel that I made it clear that I would need a loaner car. Check-in and the loaner desk took forty five minutes. After handing over a credit card, my license and copy of my insurance card, I was told there were no loaner cars. I took my car and left. The car is brand new but defective. This was my fourth trip to the dealership to try to get the issue resolved. As yet, the problem persists. More

I have to wait over two hours and afterwards found my vehicle wasn’t even washed. I contacted Service rep. Nacho after and on a positive note he immediately responded asking me to bring my vehicle in for a car wash. I suggest giving priority with service for customers with an appt. who are waiting for their vehicles. More
