We had to literally drive from south county to San Diego Audi to speak to someone to set up our maintenance. The maintenance visit itself went fine. No appointment service Stopped in to ask about oil light that came on. I didn't have an appointment but the service wrtier (Jerry) was able to fit me in. He also educated me Stopped in to ask about oil light that came on. I didn't have an appointment but the service wrtier (Jerry) was able to fit me in. He also educated me about oil service on Audis. There is no dipstick nor drain plug. The oil is sucked out of the sump via a sealed tube. Adding oil is something the customer shouldn't do since there is no way to judge how much oil to add (no dipstick). The oil level is determined by computer. The oil was topped off; the mechanic did a courtesy safety check and my car was washed, all in a half hour. Charge to me...nothing. Great service!! More

I dropped off my car the day and hour of my appointment, nobody received my car so I went inside and waited for a service consultant . Service consultant was polite just enough , it was Friday and he told my car will be ready at the end of the day , I said I’ll pick it up next day so I won’t deal with Friday traffic , he said “ I’ll text you when is ready “. Of course Friday never received a text message but either on Saturday, around noon I went to pick up my car ... but before I called the service consultant , I was sent to the voicemail because he was not on service for the weekend (why he said he will text then ) , I arrived to pick up my car and I paid and I wait for my car like 15 until a service consultant noticed I was waiting for so long, he went to look for my car and it took another 10 or 15 min and he finally arrived but didn’t bother to explain why the delay or even to say I’m sorry , when I’m going to start my engine I notice the fob is incomplete , I told him and he said is in the middle , he says they always do that and I told him that it’s the first time I receive my keys like that . Good point was the oil change was less expensive than I was told but it used to be awesome service with people smiling and kinder .., Oh well ... More
