I have purchased cars and have been a customer of the service department (mainly for maintenance) at Audi San Diego for almost 20 years and I can’t remember a time when I have been disappointed. My regular service consultant is exceptionally knowledgeable and considerate and the sales personnel are also knowledgeable and not at all pushy. The only negative comment I have is that it’s location isn’t that easy to enter and exit. The bottom line, however, is that I would highly recommend this dealership. More

Trip Saved Preparing for 5 day road trip. Tire with under 17000 miles developed a sidewall blister due to a pot hole. Tire company wanted to replace all 4 tires Preparing for 5 day road trip. Once again the've proved themselves I had a transmission problem and I was running late to pick up my kids from school. Manny was able to get my in and out on the same day with a loan in I had a transmission problem and I was running late to pick up my kids from school. I showed up a little after work-hours, and Manny was still there and did not hesitate to ask me what I needed, and instructed me to leave the vehicle which they would inspect in the morning, followed with a work summary/price quote. Manny was easily available via phone (texts and calls), and made sure that everything was situated before proceeding with the work. All the way from Manny to the woman who put me up in a loaner car (Sorry, I forgot your name!), the service was exceptional. I mean this with all respect, but I hope that I don't see you guys in the near future (for the fact being my car needs more work), but will not hesitate to come in if anything is needed. The service department totally owns up to the little things that get overlooked. They look out for one another and help out the clients (like me) when we need the help. Brett, my primary service advisor, was fantastic providing above and beyond service and being responsive on all grounds, even on last-minute notices.
