Unprofessional. I took my car in due to a loss of pressure in the front tire. I had an appointment same day I called for 3:40. Turns out there are no techs available at that time because they all go pressure in the front tire. I had an appointment same day I called for 3:40. I have had preformed my 20k service at this dealership and had to book 3 months in advance for a loaner. 24 hours later it was diagnosed that I had a puncture in the tread of my tire and they will not patch it because it’s “something they don’t do” but wanted me to buy a tire for $305. I took the wheel to an independent shop and it was determined through a soap test that the puncture was actually through the side wall and it would be $180 to replace. Audi San Diego was also kind enough to suggest I need new rotors after 30k miles for over $1200. Service is awful, and they try to upsell you at every chance they get. Take your business elsewhere. More

Worst experience EVER. Robert Mendoza of Audi San Diego quoted my daughter $290 for an OIL CHANGE. When my daughter asked why, he said, "We charge by the hour." Other dealers in the area charge $99. It was her first time bringing her new car in for service. I have called and called and left messages and no one in the Service Dept. will speak to me. I finally called the Sales Dept. and spoke to Natasha Fulton. She said she thought it sounded like a lot for an oil change. She said she would try to intervene. She sent my concern over to Service Manager, Julie Andresen, but Julie has not responded to my email or my voicemail. When I called Natasha back, she said that it was the correct price for the oil change. $290 is the correct price??? This happened on Saturday, May 29, 2021. It is now June 1 and no one is getting back to me. I am not going to let this go. They ripped my daughter off. They know they did the wrong thing and that is why everyone is avoiding my calls. No one should pay $290 for an oil change. This is a prime example of price gouging and extremely bad customer service. More
