I have purchased at least five of the higher and Audi models in the past 10 years or so. I will not be purchasing another Audi from this dealership Because of the Service Department: Accessibilit models in the past 10 years or so. At one time I had to drive directly to the dealership. For an answer. I even called the operator and asked her to have “anybody please talk to me” She put me on an eternal wait. The ONLY Service Addvisor that has helped us in the past was BRETT. More
