Horrible Service! The appointment was with George, who has always been great to deal with. He wasn't there, so the first guy to contact me, Manny, ended up as the advis The appointment was with George, who has always been great to deal with. He wasn't there, so the first guy to contact me, Manny, ended up as the advisor that day. Manny was arrogant and disrespectful. The oil change took a long time, but when it was over I was told it needed some front brake work. I agreed to the service, but after a very long time was told that they didn't have the parts, they didn't have a loaner, but I could come back another time. It then took over 20 minutes for them just to bring me my car. I will never bring the car back here for service. I got the brake work done, with Audi parts, for a fraction of what Manny was going to charge at a great place down the street. More
