His response was always within 5 mins of my calls! He has extremely nice manners and made me feel like my questions count! He went the extra mile when he walked me out and removed something from my car that needed to be done! I was never left hanging and had rides set up asap! Good experience Scheduled through new web portal, was very easy. Received 75K service inspection & maintenance. Service was excellent. The video of the inspection was really neat and a nice touch. It was a little pricey for an inspection and an oil change ($700+) but I guess that's what you get at a dealership. My only complaint is they didn't refill my washer fluid which already had the service light on when I brought it in....... Overall I'd give the experience a 9 out of 10. If they had refilled my fluid it would have been a 10. More
